Table Tennis Club Card application rules

  1. Players must pay one-time and non-refundable SCCCA Sport club account activation fee $25, but club admission is on a first‐come first‐serve basis.
  2. Every player is required to pay the walk-in fee or scan SCCCA sports club card before entering the playing area.
  3. No payment from card holder will result in losing sports club privileges. No payment from walk-in will result in denial of future visits/services.
  4. Visits must be purchased separately, and can be purchased in bulk for a reduced rate.
  5. Packages will expire one‐year from the date of purchase.
  6. Walk‐ins will be $6 per visit.
  7. New club card holder will receive SCCCA Sport club tag at first visit – visit the front check‐in table
  8. Visits cannot be transferred or given to other players.
  9. Players must bring SCCCA sport club tag to each visit.
  10. Players must bring SCCCA club tag and driver license / photo ID to each visit or pay $5 for the replacement of the new card.
  11. Refund policy: A $25 processing fee along with visits used will be subtracted before refunds are given.
  12. Only online registration will be available, if you need assistance with registration, please come 30 minutes prior to the start time for assistance from our staff member.
  13. Children under 13 need to be accompanied by an adult (ages: 21+) – fee is the same as adults and children must purchase an annual membership as well.
  14. Only SCCCA Sport club holders who scanned their card can enter or watch during club hours.
  15. Table Tennis Club hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 ~ 9:45 pm except holidays.

Cultural Center Table Tennis Club Rules

  1. Every player is required to pay the walk-in fee or scan SCCCA sports club card before entering the playing area.
  2. No food or drinks or open containers in the playing area, no unlawful activities.
  3. Athletic shoes must be worn at all times in the playing area.
  4. Purposeful damage to any equipment may result in expulsion, loss of member fees and usage to the equipment.
  5. Visits purchased for a certain sport cannot be used in other sports within the sports club.
  6. Keep a good attitude and be courteous at all times – no throwing of rackets, no swearing, keep language clean, etc.
  7. If all tables are occupied, a challenger may place a paddle to the right side of the table to indicate to the players that this match has been challenged.
    • If the occupying players are not presently playing a match, they must begin a best of 3 games match to 11 points or surrender the table to the challenger (warm up time is 1-minute).
    • Players occupying a table may NOT refuse to be challenged [if players on a challenged table decide not to play matches and want to continue to just drill or practice, their possession of the table will be limited to 10 minutes. After the allowed time expires, one or both of the players must relinquish his/her place to the challenger(s)].
    • A player may NOT challenge more than one table at any one time.
    • A player may NOT be playing on one table and at the same time challenge another table.
    • The “2 Match” rule will be enforced – a player must relinquish his/her place at the table after playing the second match, win or lose.
  8. Only SCCCA Sport club holders who scanned their card can enter or watch during the club hours.
